Jilda Watson has 200 ERYT hours of yoga training, which allows her to train other yoga teachers.
She is trained and certified in:
Yoga Warriors – yoga for active or retired military with post traumatic stress syndrome, Senior yoga, Prenatal,
Yoga for M.S., Somatics (for chronic pain), Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and Breath work.
Certification from Vanderbilt University – Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle
Certification from the University of Virgina on Tibetan Buddhist Meditation and the Modern World.
She’s worked the last nine years at Bradford Health Services in Warrior where she developed the yoga and meditation programs.
She’s taught a community class for almost 10 years at the Sumiton Community Center.
